Hello 317 Mods, Admins, and normal people?s, this topic is about to report Droped (a guy that donated 40mil rsgp)

Oke, this evening i teleported to home, alot guys sounded like Ruurd, Ruurd Ruurd! droped scams, i was watching for like 4/5mins and guy's gave him phat's to dice, when the trade was finished, he rolled, but he rolled in a clan roll and nobody saw that, he did that like 8/9times 8/9times in a row he rolled in clan, and said 8/9times the people that bet some stuff lost, when i saw that, i jailed droped,
i also said 'Do a reroll for the guys that gave you items, he said like 'gtfo ruurd im a admin i dont scam, stfu!


Please listen to me, and i guess droped isnt a good mod/admin! he scams people in dicing games,

Additional Information:i played alot other runescape's and normal runescape im playing normal runescape already like 4/5 years and i started to play with fake runescape's like 3years ago

Why do you want to be a moderator/Admin: i think i can help alot starters or just normal guys from chaoticscape, i also think i have the experience to be a MOD on Chaoticscape.

Why are you interested in becoming staff? If i help a new person on Chaoticscape i feel my self happy, because i like to help people that doesnt know what they have to do, I also wanna watch for some advertisers/spammers or real item trading.

Why do you think you deserve this position more than others?  I think i dont deserve it more then others because everyone can do a great job as MOD, and everyone can help each other very good.

I also think the most players doesnt know me here and that has a reason, a couple of months ago i was playing Chaoticscape 24/7, on 1 day i didnt had a good feeling in my self, my mother and i were going to an hospital and it has a bad news, i had an operate (or something) and i had to stay in the hospital for like 2/3weeks, i quitted chaoticscape for some time, and now im playing it agian for around 3/4days,
