My friend runs a few server computers, enough to take at least 5 Private Servers, I can ask him to lend you a hand until you can get the server up and running if you like.

Don't give up on a server so quick because some people aren't mature enough.

In the end, you shall find that the less mature people leave from boredom because they can't boss the place, the ones who stick by servers until the end, are the most rewarded.

You make good friends, you gain trust, and you also learn to rise above the low maturity level.

Stick in there buddy, you'll be alright.

Bright colours, stands out to me, very clearly, simple yet effective.

Some of you may have seen the post I made on 'Deans' Application for mod, but it makes sence to just make a thread.

Okay, so i seems that the server has been up for a mere few weeks, and already, I see 15+ applications.

Why should you be trusted after weeks of gameplay? How have you proved that you can handle hundreds of players, needing help ect, everyday once the server becomes more populated? Moderators need to prove they can handle ALL situations in their duties.

And let's not forget; owners won't pick you because you try to make comments like; 'I'd punish my friends, if they broke rules' Because let's face it, half of you wouldn't.

So just think before you apply, let staff gain your trust, then maybe you'll get further.

I know I'm new here and everything, but you've only been playing for two weeks, how does that prove that you could be a good mod? Why should the owner trust you with powers, when you could just abuse?

The first set of staff should be hand picked by the owners, not by applicaions.

Hey guys, I wasn't sure if there was like a section to make an introduction about myself, So I thought why not just make it in the most popular section?

Well, my name is Paul, I'm an experienced coder with bother Runescape Private Servers and pretty much any forum you can start off with, making my own codes, transitions, ect.
I'm not really a guy to apply for staff or ask, I just like to make friends by playing the server, but if offered, I'm also an experienced owner/admin.
I'm a really laid back down to earth guy, so it should be easy to get on with me, just hope everyone else on the server is too.^^
I'm also a bit of a forums ****, I like to post everywhere, but constructivly normally.  So forum ****/users, you'll see alot of me here.

I'm not sure what else to say, my name ingame will probably be Paul, so just add me if you like, and anything you'd like to know, ask away!
