Don't give up on a server so quick because some people aren't mature enough.

In the end, you shall find that the less mature people leave from boredom because they can't boss the place, the ones who stick by servers until the end, are the most rewarded.

You make good friends, you gain trust, and you also learn to rise above the low maturity level. :)

Stick in there buddy, you'll be alright. :)
