Edgeville Pking Poll.

I thought it'd be a fantastic idea to put edgeville pking, therefore there is pvp and pking, this is the kind of combination people want in my opinion. So the idea works simply as any player typing in the command ::edge, Then with the correct coordinates it'll lead them to edgeville obviously. And full pking in the edgeville wilderness.
