Client Wont Work For Me Anymore.

For some reason the webclient hasn't been working for me anymore, Everytime I go to the website http://www.chaoticswebclient.tk, it either freezes google chrome or it'll load to it and the java wont start up. This is why I haven't been on the server for quite some time.

Any suggestions?

same with webclient it gets stuck at connecting to file server
